Why is my bill higher than my payment arrangement? add

While you're enrolled in a payment arrangement, your bill will include the amount due for your current monthly usage and your payment arrangement installment (in this case, you'll pay 1/5 of your past due balance each month of your arrangement).

For example, if your arrangement installment is $50, and your current month's balance is $30, you'll owe $80 for that month.

What if I can't afford my new bill? add

Therefore, in order to avoid a late charge, a disconnection notice or even a potential disconnection, you must schedule your payment to be made on or before the due date. Unless otherwise required by law, a late charge of 1.5% will be applied to all amounts remaining unpaid after the delinquent date shown on your bill.
